"밥솥을 받고 보니 밥솥안에 들어 있다고 설명되어 있는 계량컵이 없었다. 그래서 쿠쿠밥솥 서비스팀 이메일로 계량컵을 보내달라고 요청 했으나 지금까지 아무런 이메일도 계량컵도 받지 못했다. 밥솥 디자인도 예쁘고 밥도 잘 되는것 같아서 기능과 디자인면에선 만족하나 별것아닌 작은 서비스 요청에도 응답이 없으면 만일 밥솥을 쓰다가 고장 나거나 문제가 생기면 서비스를 제대로 받을수 있을지는 의문이다."
