San Francisco Cioppino
A seafood stew packed with layers of seafood, spices, and vegetables, make this unbelievably tasty given the short prep time.

Ingredients
- Olive oil: 2T
- Chopped onion: 1c
- Black pepper: 1T
- Red wine: 1/4c
- Can crushed tomato: 2c
- Chopped garlic: 2T
- Oregano: 1 teaspoon
- Fresh chopped parsley: 1/4c
- Lemon: 1 piece
- Celery: 1/4c
- Tomato paste: 2T
- Mussels: 1/4lb
- Scallops: 1/4lb
- Shrimp: 1/4lb
- Crab: 1/4lb
- Whitefish: 1/4lb
- Vegetable stock: 1/2c
- Salt: 1T
Directions
- Set cooker to [BROWNING FRY level.#4] and place oil, onion, garlic, celery and lightly Sautée. [approx..4min]
- Once cooked add tomato, oregano, tomato paste, salt, and vegetable stock to pot then set to [MULTI COOK] for 20min.
- Once finished place all seafood into the pot and set cooker to [MULTI COOK] again for another 20min.
- Once finished spoon seafood and soup into a bowl and garnish with parsley and freshly squeezed lemon juice. This dish is perfect with some nice crusty bread to dip!
Notes
