Eggs in Purgatory
This flavor-packed breakfast and brunch dish that impeccably compliments a side of crusty bread and avocado is made easy in one appliance that minimizes mess and time.
Ingredients
- Can crushed tomato: 4c
- Crushed red pepper: 1T
- Olive oil: 2T
- Crushed garlic: 2T
- Parmesan cheese: 1/4c
- Eggs: 3
- Basil: 1/4c
Directions
- Level 1
- Prep time 10min
- Cook time: 20min
- Place tomato, red pepper, garlic into the bottom of the pot.
- Gently crack the eggs on top of the tomato sauce. Then set cooker to [VEGETABLE level.#5] for 20 min.
- Once finished, carefully spoon sauce and eggs into the bowl and garnish with cheese, olive oil, and basil.
