Creamy Garlic Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
- Olive oil: 2T
- Low sodium vegetable stock: 3c
- Heavy cream: 1c
- Chopped onion: 1c
- Chopped garlic: 3T
- Chopped fresh parsley: 1/4c
- Fresh thyme: 1T
- Button mushrooms: 1/2lb
- Cremini mushrooms: 1/2lb
- Butter: 2T
- Flour: 3T
Directions
- Set cooker on [BROWNING FRY level.#6] and place oil, garlic, thyme, butter and flour and cook and stir until onions are clear. [approx..5min]
- Once cooked place mushrooms and stock into a pot and set cooker to [SOUP] setting for 40min. once finished finish with cream and stir.
